Community Voices Needed to Shape Services for Milwaukee County Older Adults

Listening Sessions and Survey Are Available Now

Milwaukee County’s population of older adults age 60+ is the largest in the state. By 2040, the number of older adults will increase by 30% to 176,000 individuals, including nearly 30,000 individuals age 85 years and older. Many of these older adults rely on their local communities for support – how will we respond to these growing numbers of older adults?

Who should attend: Older Adults, Volunteers, Congregation members, Concerned citizens, representatives from organizations serving older adults.

How: Register to attend one of six groups that will be held in locations throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties or complete the survey. A professional facilitator will guide attendees through questions and activities related to services needed by older adults and how to best provide those services in the future. Space is limited. We will consider adding sessions if needed.

Pre-registration is required for all sessions. Register below or call (414) 488-6500.
